how's the clearance going to be for the pulley off the altenator to run the charger?

I was going to ask the same question, maybe he will have to upgrade the mc to a smaller one also

ok after alot of hammering with my BFH, i finally have enough room between the alt. pulley and firewall to slip a belt off and on if need be

its actually not bad at all, i have a 3.6 pulley so it fits pretty good with the stock BB and MC. and this is with the manifold not bolted down completley

this is with hasport's efb2 hydro kit, the biggest issues ive ran into so far have been with the throttle body and the fuel line comming from the firewall...but after looking at member "jadkar's" build, i got some great ideas!! i fliped my fuel filter bracket over which gave me some needed room and im going to cut that bracket off the fuel line and rotate it upward to move the line out of the way.

well i finally go the throttle body botled up today, here it is with the heater hose bracket bolted to the bottom of the part comming off the fire wall as well as slightly bending it downwards and the fuel line flipped around. BTW flipping the fuel filter was a piece of cake being as the bracket perfectly bolts up upside down...

I wish I could see your pics at work, but for some reason I can't. Here's my build thread... https://honda-tech.com/forums/forced-induction-16/first-post-my-jrsc-b20vtec-2238304/ I also busted out the BFH and a torch, but I don't have any pictures of that.

ok heres some updates, so it turns out i have the old JRSC kit which never came with a support bracket for the SC, as you can see below, the alt. bracket is missing the extension needed to bolt the bracket on

so i figured, i'd make my own...

not the best idea, still need a little more modifying to get the angle just right, but i sanded down the carnage area and painted it a bit just so it doesnt look as bad as it did.

but she almost there!!! just got a few more things to do like install fuel pump and other misc. stuff but it'll be ripping the streets soon!!

yea heres my friend Dr. BFH message therapist

anybody know what my plugs should be gapped at?? also, i plan on running nitrous as you all know but ive read that the fuel from a wet shot can cause the coating on the SC to peel off which is what i have, does anyone know if i can use the fogger nozzle just to spray n20 only?

In for some updates on what sounds like a fun build. How can you tell what year your motor is? I have the same one in my crx.

its usually stamped on your head right in front, in a little circle or circles...the production year is stamped which is always a year before release so mine is stamped 9/3 which means its a 94. just look it up, you can find some pictures as to where to find the stamp.
