b16b... with 84 mm pistons

b16b with 94 mm pistons has that been done.. in theory is it practical..

Yes, if you sleeve the block.

RS ratio is overrated. 84mm on B16 has been done 1000s of times. 84mm on LS has been done 1000s of times. they all make power and work.
