My car's running strong oils fine, no cel's
vtec is hitting but i'm redlining at about 6,500.
i searched and those had all ended up at dead-ends; Hoping this will be different!
-i'm running a 94 jdm gs
-i have enough of that bommb Royal Purle Oil in my motor!! haha
-i'm using my 0bd0 pr3 (jdm b16) ecu.. i'm going to get it re-maped to the gsr base map soon.
..So far what i got from searching, please verify,: check oil pan for dents ("not enough oil pressure") and check vtec solenoid screen
Thanks in advance peeps!!

Even a auto ecu should be higher when I searched. It said a manual around 82-8300. Auto 7800 I think

try changing your plugs, wires and use high octane gas
I was using 87 and had the same problem with my b16. I changed my plugs, went to 93 and no more woes. Maybe a fuel filter too

what if you are throwing a code..... you should just take it to auto zone and let them check your codes for free. JUST to make sure if it really is throwing any codes. My type r engine had the same problem but i was throwing a code 6. it only let me rev to 65 like you untill i fix it and now at 89
