Default More vibration after flywheel install

Okay, so I install an XTD 12 pound flywheel onto my gsr. With stock clutch and PP. Before It would vibrate a little during higher rpms because I have inserts in. But now it vibrates a whole lot. I've tightened everything down, and the vibration is still there. Is this normal?

and I just observed my crank pulley today and I've notice it's either bent or not on straight. I looked at it running and saw a little left to right movement. Is this normal as well?

Oh yeah, It's all gravy during 0-5.5kish, after that its hell for like 1k-2k rpms. then it's fine.

the vibration is expected with the inserts but if it got worse with your flywheel install then thats NOT good. but its expected. you should of taken it to a shop and had them balance the cluth & pp to the flywheel. just wondering are you looking at the crank pulley from the front of the car or the side(from the wheel well)? if its the front you observed the movement from then you're describing end play which means your thrust washer may be on its way out. so you might not want to drive the car. you could go pick up a dial indicator( with base that has arm) and check the end play movement... i believe if its over .015" of movement then you're in trouble. i could be wrong on that spec but if anyone knows exactly what it is hopefully they will correct me. now if its the pulley that is not on correctly then there's another one of your problems. that would definitely cause some vibration. if i was you i would take a good look at it and look for dents and what not. try taking the crank pulley off, get a new washer and re-install the pulley. see if you can put it back on flush.

Okay, I just noticed something...

While I was doing the Flywheel swap I let the motor "Hang" and I guess it was hanging on the driver mount and the pulley, thus bending it. My friend said it could be a bent crankshaft because that's the weakest spot, but I'm hoping for just a bent crank pulley.

spin the motor around with a wrench (remember its counter clockwise jus incase you forgot). make sure to take the spark plugs out though so it spins easy. i guess the easiest thing to do would be to look at it while its spinning slowly. i would check to see if the pulley moves up and down. never known anybody that bent a crankshaft but im sure its not impossible... so i guess you didnt see any dents on the pulley or if it was crushed in on one side?
