where at? i was thinking about goin to fenwick island yesterday. surf fishing is great.

there were a ton of guys out surf fishing yesterday, they told me so many people were getting stuck all day because the sand is softer in early spring from the winter winds. plus i didnt know any better to let the air out of the tires first haha

we stayed in OC lastnight and had decided to go up the road to DE for a drive on the beach, i can definately say i learned something lol

 

haha no socks yesterday, just shoes. i didnt plan on getting out of the truck...little did i know

my back got burned pretty bad earlier that day in OC, so this just topped the day off real nice haha

 

you were probably in fenwick. no DENRC officers gave you crap for not fishing? i have to go get my surf tag this week. i want to make a weekend coming up soon.

we always go to oc for the car show weekend although we never attend, this weather has me all fired up for surf fishin. its the only other thing i like to do. (that is when 4th gear is busted)

 

did you air your tires down? i usually run mine at about 16 psi and im on the stock 2500 HD load range e tires.

 

i deflated the tires AFTER getting stuck, didnt have any problems after that

we will also be in OC for the car show this year

Last year we saw a boosted hatch running up and down coastal hwy on slicks and skinny's hahaha

the car show is always a great time down there

last year i did a HUGE burnout over half a block long, pissed off the guy in a chevelle behind me lol the tire marks are still there

its all about the burnouts hahaha!!!!

 

which show? the cruise weekend or oc car show weekend? we hae been goin there since 00. we stay at the tides on 72 street. but most of the time ill be on the beach fishin.

nice. we have always gone for the oc car and truck show. but for the last 3 years it has been to fish and drink he hee. since i got my truck it is fun to surf fish.

Thats almost a requirement down there, OCMD gets nuts when the cars are in town.

yeah pretty much, it was probably me on the 25"s n skinnys. i lit the tires, 3rd gear burnout in front of a cop .i had to, some v-8 guy called me a ricer lol
after that the cop or the v-8 guy didn't think so. people put water across the srteet so when u come buy n everyone is egging you on its hard not to.antilag on the street is cool

 

I wanted to go down last year but I didnt feel like bringing 5 extra 5gal cans of Corn for the trip down/return and the rowdyness that would follow. Definately going down next year chute on the back of the car, that should draw some Domestic attention.
