Default fried O2 sensor question

OK so this question is kinda DUHHH but the male and female connectors on my o2 sensor came loose and ended up dragging on the highway so their toasted.
i was wondering if im able to just direct wire the positive and negative wires on the wiring.

is this possible?

Yes.

Be aware that Denso is the OEM manufacturer of your Civic/CRX's oxygen sensor. Denso makes them universal fit (as one option), meaning the sensor comes without a connector but has instructions and supplies (shrink wrap) for splicing.

Worst case, a new direct fit Denso sensor for your Civic/CRX will run you around $30 from Amazon.
