Default 00 Civic led Halo projector headlights

Anyone have any problems with these lights? I heard some are hard to get the halo ring to light up is this true?

Also not all the lights work properly.

you use the wires from the parking lighs.
splice the wires from the head light into the parking light wires and when you turn on the parking lights the halos will light up
what do you mean hard to get them at the same height? aiming?

I've got a set of halos on my ride, they're ok but the aiming of the bulbs is off. Passenger side is higher then driver, I tried adjusting with the screw/gears but nothing happened. Ebay for the fail, I dont know if I need to take them out and adjust them manually or what.

people posting about how they can't adjust their ebay projector lights is one of the reason I tell people why they suck other than the light output

It's supposed to be that way so you don't blind the drivers on the other side of the road.
