Default Raising compression in D15B8?

I don't imagine this is a common thing to do. Is there a D series piston that can be used to get the compression up to 11-12:1 in this engine? None of the compression calculators have this engine as an option.

Economy ONLY so no need to tell me it'll still be a gutless turd.

D16A6 pistons would raise the compression I believe... not that much though. At least I think that's what I've read.
Also, you can use a thinner head gasket.
