On the crank pulley there should be three red marks close together and counterclockwise from the white TDC mark. With your timing light and the engine fully warmed up (fan has come on twice), you want to set the timing so the center red mark lines up between the two pointers on the timing belt cover. The center red mark is at 16 and 18 degrees BEFORE TDC for the stock D15B7 and stock D15B2, respectively.
