i have a 1997 civic ex. i just replaced the alternator and checked the volts right after i changed it. and it was running 14 volts into the battery. now i only have 11.45 and dropping. what could be causing this problem? And i finally got the obd port to work. and pulled these codes.

1.VSS
2.o2 sensor
3.air fuel metering malfunction

 

Check whether fuse 15 is blown under the dash.

 

I checked the fuse its fine. what now?

 

What are the specific CEL codes? How did you ensure that fuse 15 is fine?
