Default straight line tracking problem

Hi
I have a 2004 honda cr-v and the car is having problems going in a straight line,
when the steering is center the car will wander to the left and i have to tilt the steering to the right to make it drive straight.
any ideas what could be causing this?

i had the car aligned recently the shop said all 4 wheels were within spec
but the car still has problems driving straight, i heard that it mite be the caster angle causing this problem, if it is are there anyway to correct this?

all of your toe settings can be within specs and still have a crooked steering wheel if the tech did not lock n center the wheel correctly. Most honda's have lower caster on the right which can cause a bit of a drift. but your description sounds like a simple case of the steering wheel not being straight. have them realign it and if they can't do it right, take it somewhere else.

yes that is what i thought at first, but when the steering wheel is dead center the wheels are straight and it will drive straight but slowly drift to the left and to get it straight again the steering wheel must be tilted to the right.

the car was bought brand new, but a few months ago it was snowing and i lost control and smoked a curb on the right wheel and that caused a bent control arm, i had the it replaced and aligned and after i got it back thats when i noticed it wasnt drivng normally.
