Installing gsr fuel filter
I just got a new fuel filter from Honda and the fuel filter on my car has both fittings on the top of the filter the new one I got has a fitting on the top of the filter and the bottom of the filter so what should I do if anyone has a a diagram of how I should install it or did I get the wrong filter. I have a 93 hatch should I have got the filter for 93 hatch?
You can make that one work (wouldn't recommend it)...But you would have to make sure you dont put a kink in the fuel line...I'd go the safe route and just get the one that is made for the car
Gonna need a 92-95 filter for it to fit right. Only thing i'm concerned about is a different filter capacity affecting fuel pressure. I read something about that on this forum in someone else's post, but i'm not sure how true it is. If it's not true, then you're good to go, just slap on a 92-95 filter.
Thanks for the fast responses do you think honda will take the filter bake if I opened it from the bubble wrap but did nothing after that. Also if any of you guys could help me with my idle problem in my other thread and shaking problem I would greatly appreciate thank you for the fast response.
