how far can you redline a K20A2 block stock block with a build head?

built head depends where you loose power on the dyno... thats where I'd shift. Probably 8600-8800

Stock block can only go to 8300, with kpro and tuning its usually around 8600

9500 RPM? Really? Why would you do a thing like that? You must have some really high compression in that EP3. I hope your tuner didn't do that for you.
