header bolts stripped
the header bolt holes are stipped in the inside and cant tighten my bolts all the way down...and ideas to bolt up the headers to spec?

Who is the idiot that cross-threaded or overtorqued the bolts?
People need to learn that you can f*ck up Aluminum QUICK!
Time Sert, if you want it done RIGHT. Heli-Coil is probably acceptable.
