Try a higher amp fuse. Fuse burn out normally is caused by a lower amp fuse than spec. What amp of the fuse you replaced?

Worst advice ever!!! DO NOT use a higher fuse rating than what is specified! That can cause a FIRE!

If each 55W H3 bulb has its own fuse, don't go higher than a 10A fuse. If both use a single fuse, don't go any higher than a 15A fuse.

Fuse burn out is normally caused by a short somewhere, NOT because of using a lower-amp fuse than specified. And switching to a higher one can very easily cause an electrical fire.

^^I Agree with that DO NOT use a higher amperage fuse than is required you will most likely cause a fire somewhere in that wiring

but to help you with your question I would double check all the wiring and make sure there is no bare wire showing or touching any other metal or bare wires.

and for the HID's all you have to do is find the bulb size thats run in the fogs, im not sure what size it is off the top of my head, but then just buy a plug and play kit that is for that bulb size, put it in and shizzammm HID fogs

hope this helps man

Please read my post again. I didn't tell him to upgrade the fuse amp, but simply suggested to check the fuse and fuse normally burn out due to wrong fuse used than on spec.
