hey..i was just wondering if there is a way i can replace my headlights without taking my front bumper off?..anything will help..thanx

theres 4 bolts holding them in
2 ontop on the bracket for the radiator support
1 in the radiator support
1 behind the corner lense

 

oh yea....dont bump your own thread an hour after you make it

sorry about that..but i got all four bolts out but its still not coming off

 

theres a lil bracket in there that holds it in under the headlight itself...but when i took my headlights out for a respray of the bay it was still just four bolts then out and the bracket pulled out with it

 

I've been able to take off the headlights without taking off the bumper before but I spent close to an hour doing so. You simply have to bend up the tabs that are to the centre of the car and tilt the whole headlight assembly upwards to get it out. Of course, you'll probably spend less time (and frustration) by just taking off the front bumper instead. I've taken off my bumper so many times now I'm able to do it blindly!
