Default how much is a s2000 engine (spun bearing) worth?

well i spun a bearing in my 2002 s2000, I just went with the easy route and bought a used motor. The local machine shop is backed up for a few months and the engine i found would cost about the same as a rebuild. I was wondering what i should sell my spun bearing engine for? 80,xxx miles runs (have vid/no pics). Im not sure if i should sell it as a whole or as a good head and bad block? any suggestions? thanks guys!

you'll get good money for the head but the damage short block you might get $200.oo for it if your lucky, now if the crank is good you'll get more (but I dought it)

"clak clak clak clak clak" sound at idle and it gets worse when you bring the rpms up

What the hell kind of abuse do you have to give to make an f20 spin a bearing at 80,000miles?
