Radiator fan not working in ek.
Alright so my Radiator fan will not work at all. I put in a new radiator fan switch and then pulled the thermostat housing out, turned the key to the "on" position and then put a heat guy on the fan switch to see if the fan kicked on. I had the heat gun setting at 1300 degrees and the fan never kicked on. I now realize why the guy I bought it from wasn't running a thermostat in the car when I bought it. Of course he neglected to tell me that and I found out about it in the winter when my car wouldn't put out any heat.
Anyway, what can I do to make this work? Or what else can I check out? This car is driving me nuts...

take off the fan plug wire sensor from the fan sensor. Take a paper click and stick it between the fan plug wire sensor on the 2 pins.. your fan should start spinning.. if it doesn't then there's a problem with your radiator fan or the wires..
The jumper worked and the fan fired right up. The Fan Switch is brand new so I doubt that is the problem. What else would cause it not to work?
Turn the car on, forget using the heat gun. Let the car run for about 20 mins or until the fan hits. If they needle gets close to the red area and the fan has not turned on then shut it off right away.

On my Civic, I had a problem with the fan kicking in at times. I had replaced the fan switch but it turned out the wiring had a short. After the wiring was fixed the fam kicked in each and every time.
I'm waiting for a new fitting to come in for the oil return line for the turbo. Until I get that I can't put oil in the car and fire it up so I will have to wait till tomorrow evening to test it out...
