Help! Everytime I go on H-T now, the instant messaging window pops up. It says ERROR you don't have permission to use instant messaging. Can the moderator or someone tell what to do. I didnt even try to use instant messaging! hehe! Thanks!

 

you're a newbie and as such can't use Instant messaging.

go to "my profile" then "options" and turn off instant messaging

 

I did what you said, but its still popping up. If I don't log in, then that window doesnt pop up. But once I log in thats when it comes up. Thanks for your help though!

 

This happend to me man, what happend was that you got PM'd and now you can't do **** about it.LOL Everytime you click on something they pop up right? LOL , yup, all you can do is wait till you hit 15 days as a member and they'll go away! Sorry to be the one to break it to you..JUST STICK IT OUT, HONDA=TECH.com is the **** , and well worth the wait.

 

it might help to go into your hard drive and clear out the cookies stored in there. After that's done, delete all temporary internet files. Then just come back here and log in.

I did that and restarted the comp. But as soon as I log in to HT, BAM, it pops up again! hehe! Thanks for the response though!

It's been 15 days that I've been a member, and I'm still getting this window that pops up everytime I log in!! SOMEONE HELP!! hehe!

 

i used to have that problem to and i know of other people that have had it, myne just stoped after a while but did u turn off instant messageing?

 

Actually, that problem has stopped, FINALLY!! hehe! I did turn it off though but that didnt help. Its gone, and soon will this thread. hehe! Thanks for all the suggestions!
