Default Pro-kit question???

I just dropped my car with the eibach pro kit yesterday, the front dropped a nice amount but idk if the back is still waiting to settle in or maybe i need to cut the bumpstops to get it to come down, the back probably dropped a half in but its supposed to be 1.2 inches. Im gonna look under the car later today and see if the bumpstops are hitting but i doubt it because its not riding rough in the rear...

The bumpstops won't impeded the drop unless you loaded an extra 800 pounds onto the rear. Let it settle a couple more days.

yeah, the bump stops have absolutely nothing to do with this...

i'd like to see pictures of this. eibach springs won't 'settle', per se, because of the multiple block setting they endure, however there are alot of moving parts with a suspension so it very well could take some time for it all as a system to settle in the rear.

is the sqeeking and noises just from it settling, it feels like the shocks in the rear are being held up by the bump stop... idk ill give it a week or so and see what happens..

Post some pictures of the rear so we can have some frame of reference.

it takes a while for them to settle. it mostly depends on your local road conditions.
my front end settled first obviously cuz of the weight balance. but it took about 500 miles to settle. and my rear was about 800 or so.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the R18 lowering in the rear infamous for being "uneven"? ive seen tons of people talk about it on 8thcivic. My 08 lx has hfp suspension and the gap in the rear is different on both sides, but very minimal.
