i was told there is a restrictor plate under the throttle body of STD civics .. is it removable? if i take it off or bore it out bigger what will happen?

removing or boring it will give more air but it wont matter the ecu program is *** u need to get a si intakemanifold(complete) ecu and distributer and wire for mpfi then u will se power outa a d15
