After doing whateveryone else said rev your car for about 20-25 mins< this helps clean out the carbon deposites and is your cat 50 state legal>? if not switch back to the stock one for smog testing. Hth

If you try lowering the fuel pressure trick, just make sure you keep your foot out of it. Otherwise, you won't have to worry about getting that engine checked again.... hehehe

What color are your plugs and is it uniform?

Might check your MAP sensor hose for fitmit, cracks ect...

Make sure your engine is at full operating temp.

Have the fuel pressure checked, it wil tell you if the fuel pressure regulator needs re-placed.

Has the oil ever been changed, just before testing. Unburned fuel starts collecting in it, along with other nastys. Which gets fed back into the intake. By the PVC valve, and the return from vent on the valve cover.

Just some thoughts...
