Default Cleaning out moisture in head

Picked up a hydrolocked k20a2 and everything is still good except 2 of the sleeves. I just wanted to use the head. What would be the best way of cleaning or would it be fine to leave? It has water spots on it but not too bad, the guy i bought it from said he hadn't gotten a chance to clean it. ideas?

Scotch brite pad with a little carb cleaner.

How many miles on the head, may be time for a valve job ?

awesome thanks. The guy i bought it from said they just ordered it 30-40,000 miles. Put it in the kids car and a month later he ran it through water and hydrolocked it. This was after the kid blew up his original k20 (unknown on how he did that) I bought the k20a2 set up to put on my k24a1 block. Not sure if im gonna put it in the ep or eg. k20/k24 + full race turbo set up once my coupe sells (turbo gsr civic)
