Default S2000 Oil leak??

Ok... so I had a problem with my car before my valve ****ed up it was cut so i put new valves in everything was working good... So then after that I put oil in it and well the other day i was switching out my spark plugs and i saw a littlebit oil in the coil packs so... i was like double you tee eff mayte.... anywayz for some reason everytime i drive my car it leaks about a quart of oil every day and i've atleast spent about 100 dollars on oil already just to keep it running to get to work... so heres the list of problems...

1. black smoke comes out of my exhaust...
2. a little bit oil on my coil packs
3. 4th cylinder spark plug is black and all the others are good and compression test is 250 on all
4. its leaking oil but i dont know from where...
can anyone help?

oh and by the way i havn't adjusted my valves so it makes a clicking sound when i drive it could that be it?

dunno why that icon's so hilarious to me. get ur valves adjusted and check under ur car an hour after you park. if its leaking oil, it should end up on the ground.

Well after I got it we had a problem tryna find the sensor adapter for the cooling temperature becuz it kinda ripped off and we dont know where it went so we ghetto'd it a little and connected the pins alone to the sensor and well we started kicking in v-tec and everything and when i first put the oil in my friend told me to put in 5w-30 he was the one who helped me fix my car. But then we went to honda and saw that s2k's use 10w-30 so i kinda bitched at him for it and well ever since the 5w-30 its been leaking oil... I have 10w-30 in it now but i've been a little cautious on the oil to see if its leaking or not

The first thing you need to do is find the oil leak. Spray the motor down with brake cleaner, then drive it and find the oil leak. Then move on to the next problem. It sounds like your trying to fix 3 problems without knowing what your looking for...

did you replace the valve cover gasket and spark plug gaskets? or use the old ones?

AP1 run pig rich...smoke is a lil common.

a lot of variables...it can be anything from bad cam seal or bad valve and stem seal.

Like Tarmac said, it sounds like your trying to fix 3 problems without knowing what your looking for...

Well we were looking at the 4th cylinder because thats what was leaking air compression when we replaced the valves... the spark plug is black while all the other sparkplugs are like a white rusted color... for me im not really sure but most of the oil it looks like it comes out from where the oil cap is... and well i dont know... But i was wondering could it be that the valves need to be adjusted? because when we put the new valves in we didn't do anything and a friend told me the loud clicking sound when i run my s2k is that the valves need to be adjusted so...

is your plug on #4 cylinder black from oil? if so was it a lot? that can be a bad sign or could also just be a bad or incorrectly installed spark plug seal (it seems so). but you mentioned leaking or burning oil. it's possible that you have a bad valve seal. bad valve seals would be smoking on startup after the car has sat for a while, smoking after idling then driving, ect.

also its possible the clicking could be your TCT also which is common and cheap to fix.

you should take it to a mechanic or have some with experience look at it. you seem to have a plethora of problems with the car.

damn dude take ur **** to the shop and get it fixed/sell it. first off if you got oil in ur coil packs ur spark plug seals are ****ed prolly due to you or who ever installed the vc back on not being carefull. And yea i would deff adj the valves how the **** are you going to change a valve and then not set anything back to spec. but the valve adj will have nothing to do with ur oil consuption.
