So I cleaned my IACV and FIV and still have a problem with the idle. However when I put the car into gear(automatic trans) and turn the A/c on, it will be fine, with the a/c off the idle will even surge in gear. What could be the cause of this? Too high base idle? Any help would be appreaciated. It is a 96 accord 4 cylinder non vtech.

1. shutdown a/c
2. disconect IACV
3. run engine, rpm must be ~550 rpm
3.a. if rpm is not 550, shutdown engine and adjust with #1 http://bayimg.com/kApnIaabB
4. connect IACV
5. reset ECU
6. start engine

and 10 minut wait, don't tuch throttle
