so that bottom hole, is that just a screw that's missing? Is it a universal screw that i could find at Home Depot or something?

 

they are allen style fine thread screws

 

ya they look like a standard fine thread screw. Another guy offered me $145 shipped so If you can beat that its yours.

is everything included so I just bolt it up and its ready to go?

 

You get whats shown, The steering wheel lol. IDK whats needed to install in your particular car. Its just the matter of removing one large nut in the center and off it pops. Pretty easy, I took it off the car in like 45 secs

 

When can you come pick it up?

 

I've got a 98 gsr, i assume it's just one piece plug-and-play, but yeah check PM's.
