I got my car painted for about $800 at One Day Paint on Watt (near 80). It was super cheap, and the paint looks pretty good for the most part, but there was some overspray on some dumb parts like window trim. I definitely got what I paid for, because they overlooked a lot of small stuff ... but it's a great 10-foot paintjob.

have you tried getting a quote from miracle? they're pretty legit but they charge for everything....EVERYTHING but their work is quality both Stockton near importwerkz or the one in sac. Very legit shops to deal with.

dang! are you serious? well, it's not hard to believe but i got quoted 1800 without jams to get my ef7 painted flint black metallic. that included very minor body work, trim/window removal, paint prep, paint etc... but they give you a huge break down of your quote so it's pretty thorough. a bit pricey but worth it.

i was just kidding about the over spray.. honestly over spray is a eyesore, and a bitch to clean up or add trim paint to0o.. take the time to mask off right. and the work will be more then worth the effort. our base price for minor body work and base coat clear coat + finishing is 1800,.. 2k+ for jams. and we also r & R motors for engine bay.. $400 bucks for massive wire tuck. well just let me know if you still need a paint job. feel free to ask any questions.... worries, concerns, and what not....
