Yes, Another "This is my First Manifold" thread

So.... It's been a while I'm working on this thing and time as come to show you how my engin bay turnin' after Shaving, Wire Tuck and Brake line Tuck.. This week end i've done my first Manifold

Here it is...

Thanx to Aaron from weiRtech and my boy Justin for flanges

Here the Jig i've made for the collector

Let me know what you think....I'll update when the whole thing will be weld up!

looks nice, what blade did you use on the chop saw to cut the collector? i had nothing but horrible luck with chop saws...

what type of jig would one use to make a collector on a JET vert/horizontal bandsaw?

The one that come with the sand but my first cut was not that excelent. The bolts on jig must be freakin' tight cus the tubing start spinning during the cut.

And eclypzex I don't know really know what to use for your band saw.. Sorry

It's from a friend of mine who work in a shop that can laser cut everything that i have in mind.. if i can draw them in AutoCAD he can cut it

Just one suggestion, I cant tell from the pics but the #4 runner might want to get redesigned. I installed a manifold just like the one you made and it was a real bitch to get the downpipe to clear the runner, radiator, the fan and then snake it towards the oil pan.
