Default Wrong ECU?

I check the code on my CEL and it's showing Code 19, which is A/T lockup control valve. But my car is a manual? I bought the car with a d15b7 swap from a del sol. Do you think they put the wrong ECU in the car?

Far as I know this car was always a manual, the car the motor came out of I have no clue. Is there anything I can look for on this car to determine whether it was an auto before?

Reading this will tell you how to identify the ECU as an automatic or manual ECU.
