Need new mounts for my Type R in my Civic Coupe.

Hasports? <= heard their really stiff, but a great mount

Innovative? <= heard their a good mount, but a little softer

Avid? <= Friend said i should ask about them. never heard of??

 

i have the gray innovative's in my 205whp/135ft. lb in my integra, i wish i went with a stiffer mount.. only because my integra was a drag car..

i have the red's in my daily civic, and i wish i had the gray mounts.. in 1st gear i can feel the motor shake around with the RED's.. i'm becoming a big autox guy and i don't like that shakey feeling..

also, with the red's in my civic everything shakes.. but i like it

 

I love when people ask motor swap questions in the suspension section... lol

Especially when they don't even tell us what car they have...

All those manufacturer's are great! I've used both HASport and Innovative. It all depends on which inserts you get. Now, are you just taking this by word of mouth, or are you actually going out there, researching each product line? Sounds like you're just "hearing" things.

Best suggestion, go out, read about each product, find out the facts, and base your decision on what your use will be and how stiff you want your mounts to be.
