Hey im building a jdm cr-x sir glasstop and i got the engine in and running fine. now im wondering what axles should i be using. I tried DA LS axles which were about an inch too long compared to the old axle that came with the car and make the engine and car wobble. I am using the intermediate shaft that came with the b16a. I did try removing the dust rings and that didnt help. FYI the spacing from tranny to hub is different in a sir cr-x than a usdm crx with a b16 swap. any help is appreciated thanks

 

also the ls axles i was using had the abs gear on them. are the non abs axles shorter?

 

no, abs and non abs are the same length, you need a sir axle . or a da mid shaft so you can use a regular integra axle

 

a da mid shaft will let me use my current axles?

 

but the da axle is too long on the drivers side "non intermidate shaft side" its jdm. so what do i do for that.
