would air in the lines cause my pump to be loud?
it makes a funny noise i rev it up a bit and it gets a bit louder

pump fluid level is good, just replaced old one with a wrecker pump because it was a worse noise, same noise just louder

whats causing this noise? i dont think its a bad pump..maybe air in the lines?

 

a belt thats too tight on a PS pump will prematurely wear it out. dont make it like a guitar string.
