traded my LS swapped ugly/rust beaten half dead 88 CRX HF for a 95 CX - needs stupid stuff wired like the 4 wire O2 - no biggie

getting code 10 and 14 - surging enough to annoy me - gotta try resetting everything and verifying the plugs are right...

it is a mini me z6 head but y8 IM for whatever reason


Main question is - hatch glass does not latch - no plugs no wiper arm - what piece do I need to get to have that latch

ha it's open no plugs there - can be lifted

I don't know the hatch parts as well as I do the coupes obviously

had a 94 ex before the crx

have u tried slamming it i put another tailgate on mine and have the same problem from time to time i lubed the mechanism on the tailgate and it seemed to help. dont know if that will help u may just have a bad latch or something

 

that would work except I am not slamming the glass as it has nothing on it to latch - I need to know a part number or what specifically has the latch on it.

Too bad its got shaved door handles. Needs some TLC but doesn't look all that bad. Just call the dealer.

 

Codes 10 and 14... intake air temp and IACV plugs are swapped.

They are the same plug, whoever was working on it most recently just got em mixed up.

 

there's this metal bracket that holds it, most likely that is missing.. and if you have the 94-95 hatch there should be a tab from the outside you can open your glass with without touching the rear glass itself.

just go to the local junk yard and pick up the tabs... easy to dissemble, need allen wrench though
