Ok I am wondering if my 91 crx si sunroof panel can be swapped for the moonroof with the right pieces? If not is there any way to do this? I have seen it in a 90' Crx.

Ya it was what I was shooting for. I was hoping that it would. Now the 90' CRX came with a moonroof(correct me if I am wrong) would it fit in a 91' CRX?

 

They did not come with the moonroof. In Japan they came with a glass top. probably the closest your going to get.

 

I looked at the picture of the 90' CRX and it was a japanese picture.

just wondering about the code of sunroof for ef? if ek has a code of s04, what about for ef?

 

S04 doesn't mean sunnroof or anything.

S01, S02, S03 and S04 are the middle group of characters from many '96-'00 Civics and other similar models. You might find a part number with S04 on a first gen CR-V, for example.

Read through some part numbers and you'll figure it out.

'88-'91 Civic hatches and sedans and CRXes used SH (SH0, SH1, SH2, SH3, SH4).

 

well I'm gonna measure the glass from the 90 civic and it looks like it would fit but the seals and how to hold it in have prevented me from doing so. Thanks anyways.
