i have a 94 honda civic hatch and having problem revving to 6000 rpm. everytime i revv it up, it stop around 4500 to 5500 rpm. wondering if anyone can help a guy out

 

its a d series non-v

 

how is the rev cutting, a stumble or more like a cap

 

maybe a bad tps?

 

well, when you try to rev the motor; it kind of stumble with a high pitch. its like when you rev it to redline , it has the high pitch sound like the redline pitch. but its not redlining, its cutting off about 1500 rpm.

 

could it be a pcm problem

 

i have no clue
