hey i have a 93 civic coupe ex with a d16y8 single cam v-tec, i bought the car like that. i'm wondering wat is going on? i'm running a p28 but the wire harness is a obd2? converted the wires to the dizzy from the wire harness, and to the other sensors as well. i'm also thinking i'm running a d16y7 tranny cause the gears are so long! first will take me to 40mph, second will take me to 70 and finish it up with 3rd. i used to have a hatch with the same set up but with a d16y8 tranny and it was a whole world faster! with this car the low end is soooo weak, i'm wondering if its the wire harness causing this low end power or is it something else? i'm lost and confused not sure wat it is? any help would be helpful!
