Icon6 wheel alignment cost

I have a 2001 honda civic ex coupe

The right front wheel hit a pavement at low speed a few months ago. I 've been driving it normally since. My new mechanic noticed the wheel is misaligned and suggested a 4-wheel alignment (I should have done it a long ago probably)

His quote is $90 for the wheel alignment itself, which sounds ok I guess. But he is also charging me an extra $90 and $30 for 2 camber caster bolts (see below for price quote). I just wonder if this is a normal thing to pay for when the wheel appears to be damaged? Is the bolt only used for the measurement or is it part of the wheel? Should he already have it and not charge me for it?

$89.95 4 WHEEL ALIGNMENT
4 WHEEL COMPUTERIZED ALIGNMENT INCLUDES: CHECK TIRE PRESSURE, CHECK WHEEL RUN OUT, INSPECT STEERING LINKAGES & SUSPENSION COMPONENTS FOR WEAR OR DAMAGE.
CHECK PRESENT ALIGNMENT CONDITION, ALIGN REAR & FRONT TO SPECIFICATION. (REAR WHEEL & 4X4 SHIMMING & CAMKITS EXTRA)
$93.63 R&R RIGHT FRONT CAMBER CASTER EC BOLT
$30.02 ECCENTRIC CAM BOLT
Submodel:EX; Crank Adjusting Bolt Camber Plus or Minus 1 1/4 Degree For Replacement Of 14mm Bolts

thanks

The R&R stands for "Remove and Replace". It's essentially the labor (time) cost to hoist up the car, remove the wheel(s), uninstall the crash bolts, and re-install the new ones (which are listed just below that price at $30.02).

The bolts are a bit pricey by Honda standards, but the labor is pretty accurate.
