My front bumper sags on both sides because the plastic hole where the screws hold up the bumper are broken off. What is the best and cleanest way to hold the bumper in place?

I already tried bigger washers, zip tie's, but what i haven't done is screw new holes. Is that probably my best solution?

 

Yes, if possible i would put new screws in, that should look clean and hold it up well, maybe even a few zip ties if you can hide them, that would keep everything secure as well.
