Need help with driver side fender. What should I do?
o this retarded idiot decided to hit my driver side fender in and the paint is missing now a couple days ago. Its been raining non stop the past two days and so now its starting to rust. Am I pretty much screwed here?
Can I sand it down and just put wax over it or primer it? Or do I have to get a new fender to replace it. I don't want the rust spreading all over the place you know? Whats the best thing I can do here besides buying a new fender and getting it painted? If I can't do anything then I'll get a new fender.
If I have to go this route, where would the best place to get a fender at? I saw some online for 75 bucks and another for 150 bucks. Thanks for your help!

Well i would say if the dent is fixable..then fix it..The fender is the easiest to fix in my opinion cause its easy to remove...but your best bet right now it to sand it down and primer to keep thr rust from weaking the metal..Then you can do your body work..when you get a chance.

If you don't have plans to fix it ASAP, then get that rust off of there and get something over it before it gets too bad!
I think some replacement fenders are plastic..so I think that might be the price difference you're seeing.
