Icon2 primary o2 sensor heater

i have a 95 ex coupe and my cel was on. I jumped the codes and code 41 came up (primary oxygen sensor heater). Is that just the upstream 02 sensor or is it something different?

Since your car is an OBD1 car/motor, you only have ONE O2 sensor. Replace it with a new or used one (that is still OK). Try running higher octane gas and/or changing out your spark plugs so you won't deal with this issue in the future.

it's probably the heater element on the sensor itself. so you need a new o2 sensor (or your ECU is messed up but it's most likely the o2 sensor)

do you think changing the spark plugs can also eliminate the problem, i have the same problem, i changed the sensor and its still shows, im going to try another sensor from my freinds car that works and find out.. if not then maybe it could be the ecu

First check the power and ground wires for heater element of the sensor.
