yep 300hp. thats a pretty realistic shot to run on b16's. but if you run more then a 300 shot then you might have to buy one of those spoon chips that they sell on ebay so that way you can have the correct ignition and fuel setups. but running a 300 shot will be fine. dry shot is the way to go.

i would suggest doing your research, finding out how and what nitrous does for your engine when you use it, and ideally what parts are needed (pistons, etc) for an safe / ideal nitrous setup.

Nitrous on a stock "healthy" engine is just fine.
With Nitrous start small and work your way up as your knowledge/comfort level increases. With proper jetting of fuel and Nitrous and a proportionate amount of timing pulled nitrous is pretty safe.
