I am wondering if these are darton mid sleeves.. like somebody is selling already.. i am not saying that this person is lying but i am not sure that this is really a darton mid sleeves on this block... thanks a lot guys..

the sleeve brand is not really all that important. they are all generally made of the same iron.

what matters is the installation process. if they were installed properly and have not moved/sank they should be fine.

but if i were you to be on the safe side.....for about 100-200 bucks more you can send your block to golden eagle and have them install new sleeves. they do good work and have been proven to take some good power.

Unless the shop is using Darton Sleeves then not all iron is generally the same.

The sleeves that were shown were a knockoff that someone was making a few years ago.

That looks like an OEM block with a block guard or possible Darton Dry sleeves with a block guard. Either way its not worth it.
