Default Project Turbo-ZC in full effect. New Pics/Need opinions...

Whelp, got her last night and registered today. I haven't thought of a name yet...but within the next couple of months, she is going to eventually be known as the beast.

Here are the pics of her as she stands now:

I have the rear interior sitting at my house, along w/ an Autometer 5" Tach, shift light, and my GSR alloys. I am heading down to get a new front bumper (From a CRX Si, if it will fit). My question now is, Should I:

A. Booooooooosssssssssttttttt. Greddy kit, IC, BOV, now.
B. New body/paint job. Maaco paint job...drivers side 1/4panel has scrape, along with misc dents/dings and the moulding is warped. Along w/ fixing the front. Quote of $1000-$1200 for whole thing sanded, front end repaired, all dents taken out and body straightened...and repainted black/blue 2 stage/CC.
C. Fix front end now. Leave 1/4panel kind of scraped, leave little dents...and BOOOOOOOSSSSSSTTTTTT

I would fix up the interior and body first and get some new seats. Then if I had some left over money work on the boost.

It looks like you have a good base to work with

More Body Pics:

I have seats (LANDRY!!!!!!!, WHERE ARE MY F*ING SEATS AND DOOR PANELS!!!??? ). The interior should be in pretty good shape by Sat/Sun. I am getting seats and DP's from 4g, and the rear carpet is going in tonight. The exterior is my main concern tho...

Boost... Then look for a new chassis. I honestly mean 0% offense by this, but that chassis isn't really worth sinking money in to. The car has obviously had a rear quarter on it, and now its wrecked in the front. I say build the motor, make it fast and don't sink any cash in to a body in that condition.

Just my 2 cents. I hope that doesn't come off like I'm trying to disrespect your new ride at all. I'm just thinking of the long term.

**** Edit... I guess I was wrong about the quarter. It sounds like it was originally red, then silver, then black?!?!? or at least had some stuff painted silver over the red.

I still stand by going with the boost first. Assess if the car is worth fixing after that!!

ROOOOOFLLLL.

K Guys, due to popular opinion...I am doing this:

1. I got a new bumper today. $40, brand new. Going ot take out the filler piece for now and put the old bumper back on so the paint will match. New filler piece coming Monday ($30). Put those on, bend back out the hood and light...and that's it for the exterior.
2. In the process of reassembling the entire rear interior. 2 panels in, couple more to go. Will post pics in about an hour.
3. GSR alloys, to fend off from looking at the body, and more at the wheels.
4. Come back on H-T and look for used Turbo kits (ANYONE??? HALLO< SOMEONE SELL ME A FREAKIN TURBO KIT!!!)

Dayum! You have the day off or something? It didnt look like that last night! It looks really good. That nterior makes a diffrence! Now you gotta get the front fixed a little, the seats, door panels, and BOOST! We gotta meet up when I get the EK put back together.

Holy busted inner CV boot Batman...

Looks like tomorrow is devoted to cleaning out the inside of this CV, packing it, and putting a new boot on.

I got of at like 11 from work today (Man, my stomach is really feeling bad Ryan..I need to go home. Go ahead, Jr... Spent all day going to j/yards. Picked up a new bumper and ordered a new filler piece. Going to have BJ (The guy in the black 1g CRX) spray it for me before we put it on)

I need SEATS. 4g just flaked on me, so I need those still...and if he flakes out on the door panels I'll need those too...

ANYONE?

A guy in Orlando, FL. He's going totally JDM w/ it, so I think it's going to ok.

It actually doesn't seem that much slower. It seems to have more low end torque which I like, and is almost as fast as the B16 in the top end. I shift at 7200, but it pulls all the way there.

I'm not worried about that though, hopefully will be boosting by next Friday.

Yeah, I'm probably going to have him do it. I have some DSM injectors and a VAFC lined up, so I might need him to do that too. Along with that perdy MSD of yerz, this thing might be 1/2 decent after all

Yeah, I'm getting it cheap so why the hell not . I know I don't have VTEC, but the freaking VAFC is nice. If I don't get this one, then it'll just be a SAFC for the turbo/fuel...
