Default Help with NGK plus

I just fried my stock NGK plugs spraying a 50 wet shot to my b16. Did some research and found that everybody is running the ngk's one step colder (BKR7) so i ordered some. Pulled them out of the box and they were gapped at .32 from the factory. Put them in the car, started it up and car was missing. I put the stock BKR6's back in there and it run's great. I read in a couple of previous threads that some people were running gaps anywhere from .20-.32. My question is where do they need to be gapped at so it will drive fine and when i spray it they wont burn up again.

I set mine at .026. Just try different gaps.
