Default Type R apparently stolen in Nashville

Well apparently my Type R was stolen as it ain't out there no more!! It was taken in Nashville and is a white 98 so if anyone sees it driving around...there is a and small dent and scratch in the passenger door where a trailer truck threw a rock at me once...also on the right front chin spoiler there is a blemish where it had rubbed the curb once. It would be easy to identify. I also had a club on it so if there is one driving around on a flatbed, that might be it too! And what was the number..98-1065 I believe.

******* thieves....they should be shot!

Scott

I found that 21.7 Integras per 1000 were stolen in 1999-2001.
I would guess the ITR is around 5-10 times that?
So 5 * 21.7 = 108.5 per thousand. Around 4,000 ITRs in North America so
around 434 stolen per year or 10.8%

Compaire that to the national average of 2.6 per 1000 or .26%

I said apparently because i like to hold out hope that maybe this is just a dream....as far as security goes all I had was a Club!! There was not broken glass or anything so maybe it was towed away. Or some ************ at the goodyear place where I had the tires replaced the other day copied the key and stole it. DOes anyone now how hard or easy it is to copy a valet key??????

security isn't really a HUGE concern down here.

Scott, where in Nashville was it when it was taken??

::shakes head::

Trey... we were nieve for too long... we knew it'd hit here sooner or later...

Word of mouth there is a new group rolling around ripping off stereos etc... the fear was they'd start partchopping. We might want to check into them.

I'm a bit south of the airport in nashboro village. Seems pretty safe and it was parked very close to neighbors patio. But still no one saw anything.

Too close to home! I knew it was only a matter of time. But where I live, my car doesn't get the attention it would in say, Cali or NY/NJ. The main concern when I park somewhere is door dings because of all the careless ppl around.

Sorry to hear about your R I hope the cops have something to go on. What have they said at this point?

Didn't the '98 tegs have the key immobilizer in them? (Not that it does much good!)

No, started in 2000 I think, but definitely not in 98.
