Oil resrictors?? Do i need one?

Default Oil resrictors?? Do i need one?

i heard of people using oil restrictors..i have a built gsr motor runing a drag turbo kit..do i need one to keep the oil pressure down or whats the deal..i know hondas carry high oil pressure thats bad on turbo seals

ball bearing turbos need them , bushing dont normally.

i am going to be running one

garrett sais they do not need oil pressure over 35psi
