if 'that' office gives the me ticket.. I will accept it...
if another officer (down the road) gives me the ticket I will have issues.

Isnt this a kind of entrapment or something? WTF, how can they get away with this, or maybe I should say how can we get away with speeding now

My roommate also saw a full uniformed BSO driving a Supra TT. The Supra was painted like BSO, but did not have a light bar on the top. Also heard down in miami that there is a Turbo civic that is owned my Miami Dade PD

Moral, don't street race in FL unless u don't care to loose your car

its legal as long as BOTH officers show up in court to defend the ticket. if only one does you have an out.

They do that ll the time. Its legal and is safer for you and the rest of the people on the road. One guy sits and gets your speed, radios ahead while the other cop pulls out and gets near you. Rather than clock you, then pull out while you have a chance to run.

It's even worse here..... if they think your car has been used tp street race, they can impound it for 2days.... such little things as tinting the windows can get you a ticket.........

Let me ask this question...

Do law enforcement agencies outside of the USA pay as much attention to speeding and other traffic violations as our cops do?

Probably not... But then again outside the US, the fatality rate of drivers is probably alot less...

No I don't think so. In Ontario Canada I've never hear of someone going to jail over speeding, I got arrested for speeding earlier this year. I was in the holding in prison blues talking with Bubba about how he tried killing a friend of his he thought was sleeping with his girlfriend (even lent me some friendly advice about being friends with someone bigger then me so no one trys any funny ****). Funn thing is when I told the guys in my holding cell what I was in there for they started to laugh @ me and that the cop who stopped me was a total dick.

Ridiculous...

You'd think their efforts could be better spent elsewhere.

Why dont we as the public have a say in all of their tactics? Undercover riceboys, fake construction dudes....I cant wait until we're all electronically governed to adhere the speed limit in each zone.

most people don't realize that a LOT of good arrests come from traffic stops...people who are commiting major crimes don't care about keeping thier registration current, or speeding, or maintenance of a vehicle....so cops pull them over for it and find out they have a warrant...BAM, good traffic arrest, gets another dirtbag off the street to whatever tactics they need to use!
