Default Low RPM bog

My timing belt got shredded and we replaced the belt along with the power steering belt, and a/c /supercharger belt. (I am running a vortech) Because the timing belt was so bad we thought for sure it bent some valves. We checked them with a valve checker and I got lucky, no bent valves. Well to check the valves we had to remove the cams. We reinstalled the cams and realigned the timing as best as we could.

The car was also throwing code 9 CYE so we also replaced the dizzy. So after getting everything back together the car at was bogging at low rpms. If I gave it a little throttle (not above 2,000 rpms) when I let off the car would bog to under 500 rpms. So we took the car around the block and it ran like a champ as long as it was not at low rpms. As soon as I stopped at a red light and tapped the gas it would bog below 500 rpms.

We first thought it could be a vacuume line but we check all of them and they were all good. The car is being tuned through a vafc. Is there a chance that the VAFC reset itself from the battery terminal being disconnected over the week? Im stumped and need to get this thing running right tomorrow.

Any help would be appreciated
