Default Clutch problems..help

Alright, I just noticed this tonite and have not had a chance to check anything out so it could be something very simple but..

When I shift to and from reverse, and also occationally in first the clutch stays depressed even when i take my foot off, and the shifter becomes locked in gear. The only thing I can do at this point is stall the car, or turn it off. Most of the time it seems fine, except when rapidly shifting between 1st and reverse, like in a 3 point turn. help!

Or very low fluid. Check your reservoir.

I am sure that is the slave cyl, it is easy to replace, and among Accords it often is.
