Default Adaptor Hub Ek/Em2

I was wondering if you can put the Ek hub on an Em2 to mount a quick release?

It comes down to what steering wheel you'll be running. You need whatever adapter/quick release that will mount properly to the steering wheel of choice. The hubs typically don't have a mounting pattern that coincides with any specific steering wheel.

It depends entirely on what hub you buy. Some will include the correct trim ring, but most do not. You're going to have to look around for some information regarding the hub you want to use.
